This excludes any extra charges, taxes or import duties, these will be the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, subject to payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends nor holidays.
When experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed.
International delivery times can vary considerably so please allow 14 days for shipping.

Returns must reach us within 14 days from date of receipt of goods.
Returns after this time cannot be refunded.
Please ensure care is taken when trying an item; avoid contact with perfumes, sprays creams etc. and try shoes on over a soft surface.
All return items must be in the original saleable condition, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, with no soiling or damage.
All original tags and packaging must still be in place.
For hygiene reasons JEWELLERY or UNDERWEAR CANNOT BE RETURNED
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Should you need to make a return...
with subject 'ONLINE RETURN' stating your Name, Order Number and Reason for Return.
On approval of your return, we will email you with a unique Return Authorisation Code.
Buyer pays return postage, we advise that you use a tracked service.

Returns will be checked upon arrival. If you return a non-refundable item, we are not able to process this for refund nor store credit. We will be happy to ship the item back to you, however an additional shipping cost will be required.
Refunds on approved items will be made to the original method of payment only.
This applies to gift cards, so please keep any used gift card safe until you are happy with your purchase.
Please note card refunds can take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
We do not refund initial shipping cost for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. Nor are we liable for any customs charges incurred by returns.
We reserve the right deny a refund if your return is outside of the terms of our Returns Policy.
