Refund policy
Returns must reach us within 10 days from date of receipt of goods .Unfortunately returns after this time cannot be refunded Please note we do not accept online returns in store
Should you need to return an item(s) simply :
-Email us to to returning any returns@crystalboutiqueni.com items,stating your name & reason for return
-Once your return has been approved, we will email you confirming the return along with your Returns Authorisation Code.
-On receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value less the original shipping cost, to the original purchasing card or Pay Pal Account.
-Items must be in re-saleable condition all return items must be unworn,unwashed with tags in place
-Please note sale good are non refundable

Shipping
To return your item(s), please mail to:Crystal Boutique 50 Scotch Street Armagh BT61 7DF using recorded delivery with tracked service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note card refunds can take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
